These terms cover piecrustlabs.com and contributions made through it. Individual PieCrust Labs projects publish their own terms, which govern use of those products. Where a project has its own terms, those apply to that product.
This site is provided for information. You may read, link to, and share it freely. You may not use it in a way that damages it, interferes with others' access to it, or breaks the law.
Information here is provided in good faith and kept current where practical, but it is provided without warranty of any kind. Project descriptions, availability, and plans may change without notice.
Contributions made through this site are voluntary. They are a way of supporting the work, not a purchase — they do not buy a product, a service, a licence, a support commitment, or any feature or access that others do not have.
PieCrust Labs is not a registered charity or nonprofit. Contributions are not tax deductible.
Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. If a contribution was made in error, email admin@piecrustlabs.com and it will be refunded where the payment provider allows.
The PieCrust Labs name, logo, and the content of this site are owned by PieCrust Labs unless stated otherwise. Project names and logos belong to their respective projects.
Downloadable model files and other assets distributed by individual projects carry their own licence terms, stated where they are offered. Those licences govern what you may do with those files.
This site links to other websites, including project sites and third-party platforms. Those sites are outside PieCrust Labs' control and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PieCrust Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this site or reliance on its contents. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
