Yes. Paddle Club and Hardwood Club are both multi-club — each club keeps its own roster, ratings and history, and nothing is shared between them. To join an existing club you need its invite link or join code from whoever runs it; to start your own, use the "create a club" option on that app's sign-in page.
Paddle Club is table tennis and Hardwood Club is pickup basketball — both scoreboards that track results and work out ratings. Diamond Manager is a different thing: a management tool for a rec-league softball team, handling rosters, schedules, attendance and lineups rather than head-to-head ratings.

Licensing is noted per file on the XYZ Axis Labs site. If it isn't clear for a particular model, ask before using it commercially.
